Md. Aminur Rahman Biswas ( CEO) - Masters in accounting from Dhaka university . I am distinguished professional with over 34 years of enriched experience in solid waste management, sustainable development, and corporate leadership. I have been associated with JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) for more than 20 years, playing a vital role in planning, implementing, and guiding development initiatives. My professional journey includes advanced international training in (Japan, Bangladesh, and Thailand ) specializing in Comprehensive Solid Waste Management and global waste solutions. I have long-standing involvement in major development programs has positioned him as a highly respected expert in the field. Assisted JICA expert environmental educational (3R) , Community development , waste management design , Environmental education ( focused 3R) planning , IEC materials for PR and PR activities , preparation for annual plan , budget , reports , facilitation in meeting , Training and seminars . Beyond development work, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership in the corporate sector, having successfully headed five different companies. My strategic vision, decision-making ability, and commitment to sustainable growth continue to shape multiple organizations. I currently the head of five different companies and presently holds the position of Advisor, Luxury Dream Real Estate .
